Our Latest Work

INSIDE THE STEAM TRAIN MUSEUM Series 1

Our first major project was a four-part series that landed a primetime slot on Channel 5 in 2020. It followed the stories of people working in a quirky museum deep in the heart of Norfolk — a celebration of classic British eccentricity at its finest. We’re proud to say it performed brilliantly in the ratings and prompted the commission of a second series.

The series later aired on Channel 5’s sister channel, 5STAR, and went on to secure international distribution — including a broadcast deal with SBS in Australia — extending its reach to new audiences beyond the UK.

INSIDE THE STEAM TRAIN MUSEUM Series 2

Following the successful first series on Channel 5, series 2 takes you back into the bygone world of Bressingham Steam Museum, ‘Britain’s most eccentric day out’. We go behind the scenes once again to join the passionate staff and volunteers in their quirky bubble of nostalgia. They get stuck into restoration projects, run into unforeseen problems and come up with fresh ideas to help keep the wheels turning in the museum’s 60th anniversary year.

Series 2 also secured international distribution, was broadcast on SBS in Australia — expanding its global reach — and is available to stream on demand in the UK via Channel 5’s My5 platform.

UFO ENCOUNTERS Series 1

Our latest broadcast project investigates never-before-seen UFO and alien abduction accounts, told first-hand by those who experienced them. As events unfold, leading experts offer insight into what may have happened. Featuring corroborating accounts, photographic evidence, and hypnotic regression, the series explores compelling testimonies in the search for answers to one of the biggest questions of our time: are we alone?

The series was first broadcast on Channel Blaze, where it was selected as the centrepiece of the channel’s World UFO Day programming on 2nd July 2024 — a clear sign of its appeal to both dedicated enthusiasts and mainstream audiences. To top it off, it performed strongly in the ratings and has sparked interest in the potential for future series.

Britain's Darkest Folklore
(Working title) 9 x 60’

Logline:
From vampires and black-eyed children to spectral hounds and cursed witches, we uncover the spine-chilling folklore that haunts Britain’s woods, villages, and graveyards.

Synopsis:
Britain’s Darkest Folklore explores the nation’s most unsettling myths, legends, and supernatural tales — not as fairy tales, but as stories believed, reported, and still feared to this day. With a combination of expert insight, dramatic reconstructions, and witness testimony, this documentary series journeys into Britain’s eerie underbelly. We investigate vampire panics from the 12th century to the 1970s, devil conjurings and occult deaths, the origins of Black Shuck, and the rise of Black-Eyed Children. From the windswept hills said to shelter Bigfoot-like beasts, to haunted woods alive with flickering ghost lights, each episode takes a different theme and unpacks the strange sightings, local superstitions, and enduring power of these chilling stories. This is history told through whispers, warnings, and the shadows of the past — where folklore meets fear, and the line between myth and reality blurs.

The Re-enactors
(working title) 6 x 60

Logline:
Boat burnings and musket fire — we go behind the scenes with Britain’s historical re-enactment groups to meet the colourful characters who bring the past to life in this eccentric and immersive hobby.

Synopsis:
With unique access to some of the UK’s most dedicated historical re-enactment groups, The Re-enactors is a character-led documentary that explores a world where the past is never truly over. From the swing of 1940s dance halls to Viking clashes on windswept beaches, we meet the passionate individuals who immerse themselves in another time — recreating not just the battles, but the daily lives, food, fashion, and community of long-gone eras. Some treat re-enactment as a living history project, hand-crafting clothes and armour with total historical accuracy. Others see it as a competitive combat sport, complete with real strategy and staged warfare. We follow groups from across the country — from medieval knights and Civil War soldiers to 1940s enthusiasts and Viking clans — getting to know the pioneers, the die-hards, and the newcomers eager to find belonging. Through training days, boat burnings, cannon fire and quiet moments behind the scenes, this film explores what drives people to escape the modern world and find connection through history. For many, it’s just a hobby. For others, it’s a way of life.
